New Year

As we step out of 2025 and into a New Year, many people rush into resolutions but meaningful change doesn't begin with goals, it begins with reflective self-awareness.

When you pause to examine your experiences with curiosity, rather than judgement, you create cognitive space needed for genuine growth.

Ikigai (pronounced ee-key-guy) is a Japanese concept that translates roughly to 'a reason for living'. It refers to having a sense of purpose and finding joy and fulfilment in everyday life, not just in a grand life mission.

Identify your Ikigai with this reflective exercise.
